Intelligent Transmitters
The IT Series Intelligent Vibration Transmitters measure and process dynamic vibration signals to produce a 4-20 mA output signal. The transmitters provide an easy way to connect standard IEPE vibration sensors to a PLC, DCS or SCADA system. The inputs to the transmitter provide power and measure signals for accelerometers, piezoelectric velocity sensors, or dual output transducers. The input circuitry has a wide frequency response and is capable of measuring signals between 0.2 Hz and 20,000 Hz.
Characteristic:
- Easily configured in the field via internal web server – no separate software required
- Two processing bands to optimize frequency range for better control of fault monitoring and greater flexibility of use
- Dual mapped 4-20 mA outputs for more information from a single sensor input
- Modbus/RS-485 outputs allow multiple communication methods to connect to plant infrastructure
- Configurable high/low alarms for better control and monitoring of faults
- Low and high alarms can be mapped to a single NC/ON relay
